When you hire Bo Davis, you hire a native East Texan whose practice is dedicated almost exclusively to patent ligitation. With extensive experience and a detailed knowledge of local rules and practice, Mr. Davis serves clients as both lead and local counsel.
Previously with McKool Smith, P.C., Mr. Davis founded the Davis Firm in 2008. Mr. Davis represents both plaintiffs and defendants, large coporations and individual inventors, involving technologies ranging from pharmaceuticals to semiconductors.
Mr. Davis is a graduate of Baylor Law School where he was Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review, a finalist in the Dawson & Sodd Moot Court Competition and semi-finalist in the ATLA National Moot Court Competition.
